the brief

Every project begins with a complimentary design consultation. This allows us to understand the project context, your objectives and, where relevant, the intended lifestyle or brand positioning. Budget, programme and key requirements are clarified at the outset to ensure the process is efficient and well aligned.

Following this, we issue a clear scope of work, programme and fee proposal.

Concept & Space Planning

Once the space has been assessed, we develop the initial concept and refine layouts to maximise functionality, flow and overall potential. Plans are modelled digitally, allowing us to test ideas, optimise proportions and ensure the design works practically as well as visually.

Concept designs, moodboards and finish references are presented for review, forming a clear and considered design direction.

Specification & Finishes

With the concept agreed, we progress the scheme into a fully coordinated specification suitable for construction. This typically includes furniture layouts, lighting and electrical plans, kitchen and bathroom design, bespoke joinery details, and schedules covering finishes, ironmongery, lighting and window treatments.

All quotations are reviewed and presented alongside physical samples for sign-off. Our role is to balance design intent with durability, cost and long-term value.
