Gild Interior Studio is a multidisciplinary interior practice working across residential, developer-led and commercial projects. Our approach sits at the intersection of interior architecture, design and presentation — shaping spaces that function well, photograph beautifully and perform commercially.

Founded by Rachel Mitchell, Gild is built on over a decade of experience spanning a broad range of sectors, from first-time buyer apartments and private family homes to large-scale leisure projects, including cinema complexes and award-winning hospitality venues. This breadth of experience allows us to adapt our approach to suit each project’s brief, budget and timescale, without compromising design integrity.

Alongside private residential work, Gild has a strong focus on developer-led interior design, where design decisions are informed as much by market positioning as by aesthetics. We work closely with developers to understand target buyers, price points and sales strategy, ensuring interiors are aligned with commercial objectives from the outset.

Our developer services extend beyond finishes and furniture. We consider layout efficiency, specification strategy, durability and visual impact in equal measure - creating interiors that feel resolved, confident and easy to sell. Show apartments and marketing imagery are approached with the same rigour, using design to clearly communicate lifestyle, scale and value to prospective buyers.
