Delivered alongside Dorset Lake, this developer-led project was intentionally given a distinct interior identity. While the scope and programme ran in parallel, the interiors were designed to respond to a different buyer profile, using softer coastal tones, layered textures and a more relaxed palette to create a calm, lifestyle-driven feel.
