A studio-led scheme designed to maximise usability, perception of space and market appeal within compact footprints.
Working across a high number of smaller units, the design focused on improving how each apartment functions day-to-day — using zoning, refined layouts and considered furniture placement to create clear separation between sleeping, living and kitchen areas without increasing floor area.
This approach allowed each unit to feel more spacious and usable, directly improving liveability and broadening market appeal.
A warm, contemporary palette was introduced to elevate the overall finish while remaining cost-conscious and durable. Materials and detailing were selected to enhance perceived value without increasing build cost, ensuring the scheme remained commercially viable.
