Martello is a layered, design-led private residence that balances architectural calm with warmth and texture. A restrained, neutral base palette is elevated through rich timber finishes, sculptural lighting and carefully considered contrasts, creating spaces that feel both luxurious and grounded.

Natural materials and tactile surfaces are used throughout to soften the architecture and enhance liveability, while statement elements — bespoke joinery, feature wall treatments and integrated lighting — bring depth and visual interest without overpowering the home.

Our role extended beyond finishes, focusing on how the home flows, functions and feels on a day-to-day basis. Salterns Way is a contemporary residential development designed to appeal to a modern coastal buyer seeking clean architecture, strong layout and a sense of understated quality.

The interiors focus on clarity of space and interior architecture, with carefully considered circulation, open-plan living zones and strong visual alignment between kitchen, dining and living areas.
